We all live with some level of mind body disconnect in our lives, but under the increasing demands of modern life the gulf has often been widened. Mind Body Awareness sessions use simple mind body practices, born out of the practices of Yoga and Somatics. Using the sensations of grounding, balance, expansion and rhythm, helping you bring them back into your life and allowing you to navigate your journey with more grace and ease.
Suitable for anyone living with mobility issues or simply the strains of modern life, including:
low self esteem, co-dependency, addiction, disordered eating, pain, trauma, anxiety, depression or stress.
Healing the mind body separation can help you to live in a way that is more connected and more vibrant, in a way that allows you to be fully present both with yourself and the people around you.
No Yoga experience is necessary, neither is any degree of flexibility or mobility. I will meet you right where you are.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and be prepared to work barefoot.
These session are not static, there will be movement, but it will be tailored to your own capacity.
